Verwijder je WinqMe-gegevens

De app WinqMe op Google Play wordt uitgegeven door Ember Eagle Ltd. Deze pagina legt uit hoe je je account en gegevens verwijdert, of alleen je locatiedata, en wat er precies gebeurt als je dat doet. Verwijderen werkt vanuit de app en vanaf deze website, dus het werkt ook als je de app al hebt verwijderd.

Je volledige account verwijderen

In de app

  1. Open WinqMe en ga naar het tabblad Profiel.
  2. Tik op het menu rechtsboven.
  3. Kies Account verwijderen en bevestig.

Zonder de app (al verwijderd)

  1. Ga naar winqme.com/account en log in met het e-mailadres van je WinqMe-profiel.
  2. Open het tabblad Privacy.
  3. Kies Verwijder mijn account en bevestig door VERWIJDER te typen.
Naar mijn account
Verwijdering gebeurt onmiddellijk en kan niet ongedaan worden gemaakt. Kun je niet meer inloggen, mail dan hallo@winqme.com vanaf het adres waarmee je je registreerde; we handelen je verzoek binnen 30 dagen af.

Alleen je locatiedata verwijderen

Je kunt al je opgeslagen locatiegegevens wissen en toch je account behouden.

In de app

  1. Open WinqMe en ga naar het tabblad Profiel.
  2. Tik op het menu rechtsboven.
  3. Kies Locatiedata wissen en bevestig.

Zonder de app

  1. Log in op winqme.com/account.
  2. Open het tabblad Privacy en kies Wis mijn locatiedata.

Dit verwijdert onmiddellijk al je locatiepings, kruisingen en Nu-sessies.

Wat wordt verwijderd, wat blijft bewaard

Onmiddellijk en permanent verwijderd bij accountverwijdering

  • Je profiel (naam, geboortedatum, bio, interesses, intenties, instellingen).
  • Al je foto's: de beeldbestanden en hun records.
  • Alle locatiedata: locatiepings, kruisingen, uitgesloten zones, Nu-sessies en signalen.
  • Je winqs, matches, chatberichten en blokkades.
  • Je interviewantwoorden.
  • Je inlogaccount, inclusief je e-mailadres.

Blijft bewaard

  • Meldingen die je zelf indiende blijven bewaard voor moderatie, geanonimiseerd: de link naar jouw identiteit wordt bij verwijdering losgekoppeld.

Delete your WinqMe data

The WinqMe app on Google Play is published by Ember Eagle Ltd. This page explains how to delete your account and data, or only your location data, and exactly what happens when you do. Deletion works from inside the app and from this website, so it also works if you already uninstalled the app.

Delete your full account

In the app

  1. Open WinqMe and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap the menu in the top right corner.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Without the app (already uninstalled)

  1. Go to winqme.com/account and log in with the email address of your WinqMe profile.
  2. Open the Privacy tab.
  3. Choose Delete my account and confirm by typing DELETE.
Go to my account
Deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone. If you can no longer log in, email hallo@winqme.com from the address you registered with and we will handle your request within 30 days.

Delete only your location data

You can erase all stored location data while keeping your account.

In the app

  1. Open WinqMe and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap the menu in the top right corner.
  3. Choose Erase location data and confirm.

Without the app

  1. Log in at winqme.com/account.
  2. Open the Privacy tab and choose Erase my location data.

This immediately deletes all your location pings, crossings and Now sessions.

What is deleted, what is retained

Deleted immediately and permanently when you delete your account

  • Your profile (name, date of birth, bio, interests, intentions, settings).
  • All your photos: the image files and their records.
  • All location data: location pings, crossings, excluded zones, Now sessions and signals.
  • Your winqs, matches, chat messages and blocks.
  • Your interview answers.
  • Your login account, including your email address.

Retained

  • Abuse reports you submitted are kept for moderation, in anonymized form: the link to your identity is removed at deletion.

Automatic deletion, even without a request

  3. アカウントを削除を選択し、「DELETE」と入力して確定します。
マイアカウントへ
削除は直ちに実行され、元に戻すことはできません。ログインできなくなった場合は、登録時に使用したメールアドレスから hallo@winqme.com までメールをお送りください。30日以内にご依頼に対応いたします。

位置情報データのみを削除する

アカウントを保持したまま、保存されているすべての位置情報データを消去できます。

アプリ内で

  1. WinqMeを開き、プロフィールタブに移動します。
  2. 右上のメニューをタップします。
  3. 位置情報データを消去を選択し、確定します。

アプリなしで

  1. winqme.com/account にログインします。

データ保存期間
位置情報ピング最長48時間、その後自動的に削除されます。ピングに正確な座標が含まれることはなく、端末上で算出された約150メートルのおおまかな位置セルのみが含まれます。
すれ違い7日後、または延長を選択した場合は延長期間の経過後に、自動的に失効します。
今すぐセッション選択した時間（最長2時間）の経過後に自動的に失効します。
未確認のアカウント7日後に自動的に削除されます。

La eliminación funciona desde la app y desde este sitio web, así que también funciona si ya desinstalaste la app.

Eliminar tu cuenta completa

En la app

  1. Abre WinqMe y ve a la pestaña Perfil.
  2. Toca el menú en la esquina superior derecha.
  3. Elige Eliminar cuenta y confirma.

Sin la app (ya desinstalada)

  1. Ve a winqme.com/account e inicia sesión con la dirección de correo de tu perfil de WinqMe.
  2. Abre la pestaña Privacidad.
  3. Elige Eliminar mi cuenta y confirma escribiendo DELETE.
Ir a mi cuenta

Eliminar solo tus datos de ubicación

Esto elimina de inmediato todos tus pings de ubicación, cruces y sesiones Ahora.

Qué se elimina y qué se conserva

Se elimina de inmediato y de forma permanente al borrar tu cuenta

  • Tu perfil (nombre, fecha de nacimiento, biografía, intereses, intenciones, ajustes).
  • Todas tus fotos: los archivos de imagen y sus registros.
  • Todos los datos de ubicación: pings de ubicación, cruces, zonas excluidas, sesiones Ahora y señales.
  • Tus winqs, matches, mensajes de chat y bloqueos.
  • Tus respuestas de la entrevista.
  • Tu cuenta de acceso, incluida tu dirección de correo electrónico.

Se conserva

  • Las denuncias que enviaste se conservan para la moderación, de forma anonimizada: el vínculo con tu identidad se desvincula al eliminar la cuenta.
