1. Wie we zijn
Winqme wordt uitgegeven door Ember Eagle Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, WC2H 9JQ Londen, Verenigd Koninkrijk (company number 11588833). Contact: hallo@winqme.com.
2. De dienst
WinqMe is een datingdienst (app en website) die je toont wie je écht gekruist hebt, met een gratis basisformule en optionele betaalde formules (Plus, Premium) die extra functies ontgrendelen. De functies per formule staan op winqme.com/#prijzen en in de app.
3. Account en leeftijd
WinqMe is uitsluitend voor personen van 18 jaar en ouder. Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor de juistheid van je gegevens en voor het geheimhouden van je wachtwoord.
4. Abonnementen en betaling
Betaalde formules zijn beschikbaar als maandabonnement (automatische maandelijkse verlenging) of als jaarpas (eenmalige betaling voor 12 maanden toegang, zonder automatische verlenging). Prijzen staan inclusief btw op de prijspagina.

Betalingen via de website verlopen via Stripe (kaart en de overige methodes die Stripe aanbiedt); Stripe host zelf de beveiligde betaalpagina. Betalingen via de Google Play-app verlopen via Google Play Billing. Wij zien nooit je volledige kaart- of rekeninggegevens.
Bij een maandabonnement kondigen we de incasso enkele dagen vooraf aan per e-mail, met bedrag en datum.
5. Opzeggen
Een maandabonnement zeg je op via winqme.com/account/, tab Abonnement, knop "Opzeggen", of in de Google Play-app via je Play-accountinstellingen als je daar kocht. Na opzegging blijft je formule actief tot het einde van de al betaalde periode; er volgt geen nieuwe incasso. Een jaarpas kent geen opzegging: die loopt vanzelf af na 12 maanden en verlengt niet automatisch.
6. Herroepingsrecht digitale inhoud
Een winqabonnement is een digitale dienst die onmiddellijk beschikbaar is na betaling. Door tijdens het bestelproces uitdrukkelijk aan te vinken dat je hiermee instemt, doe je afstand van je herroepingsrecht van 14 dagen zodra de dienst is gestart. Zonder die afstandsverklaring kan de betaalde formule niet meteen geactiveerd worden.
7. Gedrag op WinqMe
Geen intimidatie, geen valse profielen, geen commerciële werving, geen content die de wet overtreedt. Overtredingen kunnen leiden tot schorsing of verwijdering van je account, met of zonder terugbetaling van een lopende periode naar ons redelijk oordeel.
8. Aansprakelijkheid
WinqMe is een hulpmiddel om mensen te ontmoeten; wij garanderen geen match, geen ontmoeting en geen resultaat. Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan is onze aansprakelijkheid beperkt tot het bedrag dat je de laatste 12 maanden betaalde.
9. Wijzigingen
We kunnen deze voorwaarden aanpassen; bij een wezenlijke wijziging informeren we je per e-mail voor ze van kracht wordt.
10. Toepasselijk recht
Op deze voorwaarden is Belgisch recht van toepassing. Geschillen kun je ook voorleggen aan het ODR-platform van de Europese Commissie.

3. Compte et âge
WinqMe est réservé aux personnes de 18 ans et plus. Vous êtes responsable de l'exactitude de vos données et de la confidentialité de votre mot de passe.
4. Abonnements et paiement
Les formules payantes sont disponibles en abonnement mensuel (renouvellement automatique mensuel) ou en pass annuel (paiement unique pour 12 mois d'accès, sans renouvellement automatique). Les prix affichés sont TTC.

Les paiements via le site passent par Stripe (carte et les autres moyens proposés par Stripe) ; Stripe héberge lui-même la page de paiement sécurisée. Les paiements via l'app Google Play passent par Google Play Billing. Nous ne voyons jamais vos données de carte ou de compte complètes.
Pour un abonnement mensuel, nous annonçons le prélèvement par e-mail quelques jours à l'avance, avec le montant et la date.
5. Résiliation
Un abonnement mensuel se résilie via winqme.com/account/, onglet Abonnement, bouton "Résilier", ou dans l'app Google Play via les paramètres de votre compte Play si l'achat y a été fait. Après résiliation, votre formule reste active jusqu'à la fin de la période déjà payée ; aucun nouveau prélèvement n'aura lieu. Un pass annuel ne se résilie pas : il expire automatiquement après 12 mois sans renouvellement.
6. Droit de rétractation, contenu numérique
Un abonnement winq est un service numérique disponible immédiatement après paiement. En cochant expressément votre accord pendant la commande, vous renoncez à votre droit de rétractation de 14 jours dès le début du service. Sans cette renonciation, la formule payante ne peut pas être activée immédiatement.
7. Comportement sur WinqMe
Aucun harcèlement, aucun faux profil, aucune sollicitation commerciale, aucun contenu illégal. Les infractions peuvent entraîner la suspension ou la suppression du compte, avec ou sans remboursement de la période en cours, à notre appréciation raisonnable.
8. Responsabilité
WinqMe est un outil de rencontre ; nous ne garantissons aucun match, aucune rencontre ni aucun résultat. Dans la mesure permise par la loi, notre responsabilité est limitée au montant payé au cours des 12 derniers mois.
9. Modifications
Nous pouvons modifier ces conditions ; en cas de changement substantiel, vous en serez informé par e-mail avant son entrée en vigueur.
10. Droit applicable
Ces conditions sont régies par le droit belge. Les litiges peuvent également être soumis à la plateforme RLL de la Commission européenne.

2. The service
WinqMe is a dating service (app and website) that shows you who you actually crossed paths with, with a free base plan and optional paid plans (Plus, Premium) that unlock extra features. Plan details are on winqme.com/#prijzen and in the app.
3. Account and age
WinqMe is for people aged 18 and over only. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password confidential.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are available as a monthly subscription (automatic monthly renewal) or a year pass (one-off payment for 12 months of access, no automatic renewal). Prices shown are VAT-inclusive.

Website payments run through Stripe (card and the other methods Stripe offers); Stripe hosts the secure payment page itself. Google Play app payments run through Google Play Billing. We never see your full card or account details.
For a monthly subscription, we announce the direct debit by email a few days in advance, with the amount and date.
5. Cancelling
A monthly subscription can be cancelled via winqme.com/account/, Subscription tab, "Cancel" button, or in the Google Play app via your Play account settings if purchased there. After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the already-paid period; no new charge follows. A year pass cannot be cancelled: it simply expires after 12 months without renewing.
6. Right of withdrawal, digital content
A winq subscription is a digital service available immediately after payment. By expressly ticking your agreement during checkout, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has started. Without that waiver, the paid plan cannot be activated immediately.
7. Conduct on WinqMe
No harassment, no fake profiles, no commercial solicitation, no content that breaks the law. Violations may lead to suspension or removal of your account, with or without a refund of the current period, at our reasonable discretion.
8. Liability
WinqMe is a tool for meeting people; we do not guarantee any match, meeting, or outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
9. Changes
We may amend these terms; for a material change we will notify you by email before it takes effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes can also be brought to the European Commission's ODR platform.

ウェブサイト経由の支払いはStripeを通じて行われます(カード、およびStripeが提供するその他の支払い方法)。安全な決済ページはStripe自身がホストします。Google Playアプリ経由の支払いはGoogle Play Billingを通じて行われます。当社があなたのカード情報や口座情報の全体を見ることは決してありません。
月額サブスクリプションの場合、引き落としの数日前に、金額と日付を記載したメールでお知らせします。
5. 解約
月額サブスクリプションは、winqme.com/account/の「サブスクリプション」タブにある「解約」ボタンから解約できます。Google Playアプリで購入した場合は、Playアカウント設定から解約してください。解約後も、すでに支払い済みの期間が終了するまではプランが有効のままで、新たな引き落としは行われません。年間パスに解約はありません。12か月後に自動的に終了し、自動更新はされません。
6. デジタルコンテンツに関する撤回権
winqサブスクリプションは、支払い後すぐに利用できるデジタルサービスです。注文手続き中に明示的に同意のチェックを入れることにより、サービスが開始された時点で14日間の撤回権を放棄することになります。この放棄の意思表示がない場合、有料プランを直ちに有効化することはできません。
7. WinqMeでの行動
ハラスメント、偽のプロフィール、商業目的の勧誘、法律に違反するコンテンツは禁止です。違反があった場合、当社の合理的な判断により、進行中の期間の返金の有無にかかわらず、アカウントの停止または削除につながることがあります。
8. 責任
WinqMeは人と出会うための手段であり、当社はマッチ、出会い、結果をいっさい保証しません。法律で認められる範囲において、当社の責任は、あなたが過去12か月間に支払った金額を上限とします。
9. 変更
当社はこれらの規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更の場合は、その発効前にメールでお知らせします。
10. 準拠法
これらの規約にはベルギー法が適用されます。紛争は、欧州委員会のODRプラットフォームに付託することもできます。

Los pagos a través del sitio web se realizan mediante Stripe (tarjeta y los demás métodos que ofrece Stripe); el propio Stripe aloja la página de pago segura. Los pagos a través de la app de Google Play se realizan mediante Google Play Billing. Nunca vemos los datos completos de tu tarjeta o de tu cuenta bancaria.
En una suscripción mensual, anunciamos el cargo por correo electrónico con algunos días de antelación, con el importe y la fecha.
5. Cancelar
Una suscripción mensual se cancela en winqme.com/account/, pestaña Suscripción, botón "Cancelar", o en la app de Google Play a través de los ajustes de tu cuenta de Play si compraste allí. Tras la cancelación, tu fórmula sigue activa hasta el final del periodo ya pagado; no se realiza ningún cargo nuevo. Un pase anual no se cancela: expira por sí solo a los 12 meses y no se renueva automáticamente.
6. Derecho de desistimiento, contenido digital
Una suscripción winq es un servicio digital disponible inmediatamente después del pago. Al marcar expresamente tu conformidad durante el proceso de compra, renuncias a tu derecho de desistimiento de 14 días desde el momento en que el servicio comienza. Sin esa renuncia, la fórmula de pago no puede activarse de inmediato.
7. Conducta en WinqMe
Nada de acoso, ni perfiles falsos, ni captación comercial, ni contenido que infrinja la ley. Las infracciones pueden dar lugar a la suspensión o eliminación de tu cuenta, con o sin reembolso del periodo en curso, según nuestro criterio razonable.
8. Responsabilidad
WinqMe es una herramienta para conocer gente; no garantizamos ningún match, ningún encuentro ni ningún resultado. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, nuestra responsabilidad se limita al importe que pagaste en los últimos 12 meses.
9. Modificaciones
Podemos modificar estas condiciones; en caso de un cambio sustancial, te informaremos por correo electrónico antes de que entre en vigor.
10. Derecho aplicable
Estas condiciones se rigen por el Derecho belga. También puedes someter los litigios a la plataforma ODR de la Comisión Europea.
