1. Wie we zijn

Winqme wordt uitgegeven door Ember Eagle Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, WC2H 9JQ Londen, Verenigd Koninkrijk (company number 11588833). Wij zijn de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor je gegevens. Vragen: hallo@winqme.com.

2. Het korte verhaal

We slaan nooit je exacte locatie op. We bewaren geen gezichtsdata op onze servers. We verkopen niets door en tonen geen advertenties. Je antwoorden op profielvragen zijn nooit zichtbaar voor anderen, alleen de match-score. Alles is te wissen via winqme.com/account/.

3. Welke gegevens we verwerken

Account: e-mailadres, wachtwoord (versleuteld), taalkeuze, geboortedatum (alleen om 18+ te bevestigen).
Camerabeelden: de camera dient alleen voor je profielfoto en de avatar-editor. Die verwerking gebeurt volledig op je toestel; er verlaat geen beeld je telefoon tot jij zelf een foto uploadt.
Locatie: we werken met grove zones (cellen van ongeveer 600 meter) en korte, roterende tijdvensters om kruisingen te bepalen. Je exacte coördinaten worden nooit opgeslagen. Zones die jij uitsluit (zoals thuis of werk) worden lokaal gerespecteerd: daar ben je onzichtbaar.
Profiel: voornaam, foto of avatar, intenties, bio. Foto's worden vóór publicatie beoordeeld door ons moderatieteam.
Profielvragen en interview: je antwoorden voeden uitsluitend de match-score en zijn nooit zichtbaar voor andere gebruikers. Gevoelige onderdelen (zoals oriëntatie of welzijn) verwerken we alleen met je uitdrukkelijke toestemming, die je altijd kunt intrekken in Instellingen.
Berichten: chats tussen matches worden opgeslagen om de dienst te leveren en zijn alleen zichtbaar voor de gesprekspartners; bij een melding kan ons moderatieteam het gemelde gesprek inzien.
Abonnement: je gekozen formule en de status. Betalingen verlopen via Google Play of onze webkassa; wij zien nooit je kaartgegevens.

4. Waarvoor we ze gebruiken

Om kruisingen en matches te berekenen, je profiel te tonen aan wie daarvoor in aanmerking komt, de veiligheid te bewaken (moderatie, meldingen, blokkades), je e-mails te sturen die bij de dienst horen (zoals verificatiecodes), en, alleen met jouw aparte toestemming, nieuwsbrieven.

5. Wat we niet doen

Geen verkoop of verhuur van gegevens aan derden.
Geen advertenties en geen advertentietracking.
Geen opslag van exacte locaties of bewegingsprofielen.
Geen gezichtsdata of biometrie op onze servers.

6. Bewaartermijnen

Locatiepings (de grove zone die je toestel periodiek doorstuurt) worden uiterlijk na 48 uur automatisch gewist, ongeacht of ze tot een kruising leidden. Kruisingsgegevens vervallen automatisch (standaard na 7 dagen, langer alleen bij een wederzijdse match of als je bewust verlengt). Een Nu-sessie vervalt automatisch na de gekozen duur (maximaal 2 uur). Onbevestigde accounts worden na 7 dagen verwijderd. Verwijder je je account, dan wissen we je gegevens; wettelijke bewaarplichten (zoals facturatie) kunnen een beperkte uitzondering vormen.

7. Waar je gegevens staan

Onze servers draaien in de Europese Unie (Frankfurt). We gebruiken zorgvuldig gekozen verwerkers voor hosting (DigitalOcean), database en authenticatie (Supabase) en e-mailbezorging (Resend), onder verwerkersovereenkomsten.

8. Jouw rechten

Je hebt recht op inzage, verbetering, verwijdering, beperking, bezwaar en overdraagbaarheid. Het meeste regel je zelf: via winqme.com/account/ kun je je gegevens downloaden, je locatiedata wissen en je account volledig verwijderen. Komt er iets niet uit, mail hallo@winqme.com; we reageren binnen 30 dagen. Klachten kun je richten aan de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

9. Leeftijd

Winqme is uitsluitend voor personen van 18 jaar en ouder. De leeftijd wordt bij registratie gecontroleerd via de geboortedatum; die controle wordt ook server-side afgedwongen.

10. Wijzigingen

Bij belangrijke wijzigingen van deze verklaring informeren we je in de app. De actuele versie staat altijd op deze pagina.

Nous n'enregistrons jamais votre position exacte. Aucune donnée faciale sur nos serveurs. Nous ne vendons rien et n'affichons aucune publicité. Vos réponses aux questions de profil ne sont jamais visibles pour les autres, seul le score de match l'est. Tout est effaçable via winqme.com/account/.

3. Données traitées

Compte : adresse e-mail, mot de passe (chiffré), langue, date de naissance (uniquement pour confirmer 18+).
Images de la caméra : la caméra sert uniquement à votre photo de profil et à l'éditeur d'avatar. Ce traitement se fait entièrement sur votre appareil ; aucune image ne quitte votre téléphone tant que vous ne téléversez pas vous-même une photo.
Localisation : zones approximatives (cellules d'environ 600 mètres) et fenêtres temporelles courtes et rotatives pour détecter les croisements. Vos coordonnées exactes ne sont jamais enregistrées. Les zones que vous excluez (domicile, travail) sont respectées localement : vous y êtes invisible.
Profil : prénom, photo ou avatar, intentions, bio. Les photos sont examinées par notre équipe de modération avant publication.
Questions de profil et interview : vos réponses alimentent uniquement le score de match et ne sont jamais visibles pour d'autres utilisateurs. Les éléments sensibles (orientation, bien-être) ne sont traités qu'avec votre consentement explicite, révocable à tout moment dans les Réglages.
Messages : les conversations entre matchs sont stockées pour fournir le service et visibles uniquement des interlocuteurs ; en cas de signalement, notre équipe peut consulter la conversation signalée.
Abonnement : formule choisie et statut. Les paiements passent par Google Play ou notre caisse web ; nous ne voyons jamais vos données de carte.

4. Finalités

Calculer croisements et matchs, montrer votre profil aux personnes concernées, assurer la sécurité (modération, signalements, blocages), envoyer les e-mails liés au service (codes de vérification) et, uniquement avec votre consentement distinct, des newsletters.

5. Ce que nous ne faisons pas

Aucune vente ni location de données.
Aucune publicité ni traçage publicitaire.
Aucun stockage de positions exactes ou de profils de déplacement.
Aucune donnée faciale ou biométrique sur nos serveurs.

6. Durées de conservation

Les positions (la zone approximative envoyée périodiquement par votre appareil) sont effacées automatiquement au plus tard après 48 heures, qu'elles aient donné lieu à un croisement ou non. Les croisements expirent automatiquement (7 jours par défaut, plus longtemps uniquement en cas de match mutuel ou de prolongation volontaire). Une session Nu expire automatiquement après la durée choisie (2 heures maximum). Les comptes non confirmés sont supprimés après 7 jours. Si vous supprimez votre compte, vos données sont effacées ; des obligations légales limitées (facturation) peuvent s'appliquer.

7. Localisation des données

Nos serveurs sont dans l'Union européenne (Francfort). Sous-traitants soigneusement choisis : hébergement (DigitalOcean), base de données et authentification (Supabase), envoi d'e-mails (Resend), sous contrats de sous-traitance.

8. Vos droits

Accès, rectification, effacement, limitation, opposition et portabilité. L'essentiel se fait vous-même via winqme.com/account/ : télécharger vos données, effacer votre historique de localisation, supprimer votre compte. Sinon : hallo@winqme.com, réponse sous 30 jours. Réclamations : Autorité de protection des données (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

9. Âge

Winqme est réservé aux 18 ans et plus ; l'âge est contrôlé à l'inscription via la date de naissance, avec une vérification appliquée aussi côté serveur.

10. Modifications

En cas de changement important, nous vous informons dans l'app. La version actuelle figure toujours sur cette page.

1. Who we are

Winqme is published by Ember Eagle Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, WC2H 9JQ London, United Kingdom (company number 11588833), the controller of your data. Questions: hallo@winqme.com.

2. The short version

We never store your exact location. No facial data on our servers. We sell nothing and show no ads. Your answers to profile questions are never visible to others, only the match score is. Everything can be erased at winqme.com/account/.

3. Data we process

Account: email address, password (encrypted), language, date of birth (only to confirm 18+).
Camera images: the camera is used only for your profile photo and the avatar editor. That processing happens entirely on your device; no image leaves your phone until you upload a photo yourself.
Location: we use coarse zones (cells of roughly 600 metres) and short rotating time windows to detect crossings. Your exact coordinates are never stored. Zones you exclude (home, work) are respected locally: you are invisible there.
Profile: first name, photo or avatar, intentions, bio. Photos are reviewed by our moderation team before publication.
Profile questions and interview: your answers only feed the match score and are never visible to other users. Sensitive items (orientation, wellbeing) are processed only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Settings.
Messages: chats between matches are stored to provide the service and visible only to the participants; if reported, our moderation team may review the reported conversation.
Subscription: your plan and its status. Payments run through Google Play or our web checkout; we never see your card details.

4. Why we use it

To compute crossings and matches, show your profile to eligible people, keep the service safe (moderation, reports, blocks), send service emails (such as verification codes) and, only with your separate consent, newsletters.

5. What we do not do

No selling or renting of data.
No advertising and no ad tracking.
No storage of exact locations or movement profiles.
No facial or biometric data on our servers.

6. Retention

Location pings (the coarse zone your device periodically sends) are deleted automatically after 48 hours at the latest, whether or not they led to a crossing. Crossing data expires automatically (7 days by default, longer only for mutual matches or if you choose to extend it). A Now session expires automatically after the chosen duration (2 hours maximum). Unconfirmed accounts are deleted after 7 days. If you delete your account, we erase your data; limited legal obligations (such as invoicing) may apply.

7. Where your data lives

Our servers run in the European Union (Frankfurt). Carefully chosen processors: hosting (DigitalOcean), database and authentication (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), under data processing agreements.

8. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Most of it is self-service at winqme.com/account/: download your data, erase your location history, delete your account. Otherwise: hallo@winqme.com, answered within 30 days. Complaints: the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

9. Age

Winqme is for people aged 18 and over; age is checked at sign-up via the date of birth, and that check is also enforced server-side.

10. Changes

For significant changes we notify you in the app. The current version always lives on this page.

6. 保存期間

位置情報ピング(端末が定期的に送信するおおまかなゾーン)は、すれ違いにつながったかどうかにかかわらず、遅くとも48時間後に自動的に削除されます。すれ違いデータは自動的に失効します(標準では7日後。相互マッチの場合、またはあなたが意図的に延長した場合にのみ、それより長くなります)。今すぐセッションは、選択した時間(最大2時間)の経過後に自動的に終了します。未確認のアカウントは 7日後に削除されます。アカウントを削除すると、当社はあなたのデータを消去します。法定の保存義務(請求関連など)が限定的な例外となる場合があります。

2. Lo esencial

Nunca guardamos tu ubicación exacta. No conservamos datos faciales en nuestros servidores. No vendemos nada a terceros y no mostramos publicidad. Tus respuestas a las preguntas de perfil nunca son visibles para otros, solo la puntuación de match. Todo se puede borrar en winqme.com/account/.

3. Qué datos tratamos

Cuenta: dirección de correo electrónico, contraseña (cifrada), idioma elegido, fecha de nacimiento (solo para confirmar que tienes 18+).
Imágenes de la cámara: la cámara sirve únicamente para tu foto de perfil y el editor de avatar. Ese tratamiento se realiza por completo en tu dispositivo; ninguna imagen sale de tu teléfono hasta que tú mismo subes una foto.
Ubicación: trabajamos con zonas aproximadas (celdas de unos 600 metros) y ventanas de tiempo cortas y rotativas para determinar los cruces. Tus coordenadas exactas nunca se guardan. Las zonas que tú excluyes (como casa o trabajo) se respetan localmente: ahí eres invisible.
Perfil: nombre de pila, foto o avatar, intenciones, bio. Las fotos son revisadas por nuestro equipo de moderación antes de su publicación.
Preguntas de perfil y entrevista: tus respuestas alimentan exclusivamente la puntuación de match y nunca son visibles para otros usuarios. Los elementos sensibles (como la orientación o el bienestar) solo los tratamos con tu consentimiento expreso, que siempre puedes retirar en Ajustes.
Mensajes: los chats entre matches se almacenan para prestar el servicio y solo son visibles para los interlocutores; en caso de denuncia, nuestro equipo de moderación puede consultar la conversación denunciada.
Suscripción: la fórmula que elegiste y su estado. Los pagos se realizan a través de Google Play o de nuestra caja web; nunca vemos los datos de tu tarjeta.

4. Para qué los usamos

Para calcular cruces y matches, mostrar tu perfil a quienes corresponda, velar por la seguridad (moderación, denuncias, bloqueos), enviarte los correos propios del servicio (como códigos de verificación) y, solo con tu consentimiento aparte, boletines.

5. Lo que no hacemos

Ninguna venta ni alquiler de datos a terceros.
Ninguna publicidad ni rastreo publicitario.
Ningún almacenamiento de ubicaciones exactas ni de perfiles de movimiento.
Ningún dato facial ni biométrico en nuestros servidores.

6. Plazos de conservación

Los pings de ubicación (la zona aproximada que tu dispositivo envía periódicamente) se borran automáticamente a más tardar a las 48 horas, hayan dado lugar o no a un cruce. Los datos de cruces caducan automáticamente (por defecto a los 7 días; más tiempo solo en caso de match mutuo o si tú los prolongas conscientemente). Una sesión Ahora caduca automáticamente tras la duración elegida (máximo 2 horas). Las cuentas no confirmadas se eliminan a los 7 días. Si eliminas tu cuenta, borramos tus datos; las obligaciones legales de conservación (como la facturación) pueden constituir una excepción limitada.

7. Dónde están tus datos

Las reclamaciones puedes dirigirlas a la Autoridad de Protección de Datos belga (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

9. Edad

Winqme es exclusivamente para personas de 18 años o más. La edad se comprueba en el registro mediante la fecha de nacimiento; esa comprobación también se aplica en el servidor.
