Normen tegen kindermisbruik

WinqMe is uitsluitend bedoeld voor volwassenen. Wij hanteren een nultolerantie voor seksueel misbruik en seksuele uitbuiting van kinderen (in het Engels CSAE, child sexual abuse and exploitation) en voor beeldmateriaal van kindermisbruik (CSAM). Deze pagina beschrijft onze normen en hoe we ze afdwingen, zoals vereist door het Google Play-beleid inzake kinderveiligheid.

1. Alleen voor 18 jaar en ouder

WinqMe is een datingapp die alleen toegankelijk is voor personen van 18 jaar of ouder. Bij registratie vragen we de geboortedatum en blokkeren we accounts onder de 18 jaar. Die controle wordt server-side afgedwongen en is niet te omzeilen via de app. De geboortedatum wordt nooit aan andere gebruikers getoond; we leiden er alleen de leeftijd uit af. Daarnaast wordt elke echte profielfoto door ons moderatieteam beoordeeld voor die zichtbaar wordt voor anderen.

2. Nultolerantie voor materiaal van kindermisbruik

Het is ten strengste verboden om via WinqMe beeldmateriaal van seksueel kindermisbruik te delen, te vragen of te verspreiden, of om minderjarigen te benaderen of te misbruiken. Overtreding leidt onmiddellijk tot verwijdering van het account en, waar de wet dat vereist, tot melding aan de bevoegde autoriteiten. Dit geldt zonder uitzondering.

We onderzoeken elke melding over kinderveiligheid met voorrang. Bevestigt het onderzoek de melding, dan verwijderen we het account en het betrokken materiaal, en bewaren we de bewijsstukken zolang dat nodig is voor een melding aan de autoriteiten. Beeldmateriaal van kindermisbruik melden we aan de bevoegde instanties, waaronder Child Focus in België en, waar van toepassing, het National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

6. Wettelijk kader

We handelen in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke wetgeving inzake de bescherming van minderjarigen, waaronder de Belgische en Europese regels, en met het Google Play-beleid inzake kinderveiligheid en normen tegen CSAE. Deze pagina wordt bijgewerkt wanneer die verplichtingen wijzigen.

WinqMe is intended for adults only. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes our standards and how we enforce them, as required by Google Play's child safety policy.

1. Adults only, 18+

WinqMe is a dating app accessible only to people aged 18 or older. At sign-up we ask for the date of birth and block accounts under 18. That check is enforced server-side and cannot be bypassed through the app. The date of birth is never shown to other users; we only derive the age from it. In addition, every real profile photo is reviewed by our moderation team before it becomes visible to others.

2. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material

It is strictly forbidden to share, request or distribute child sexual abuse material through WinqMe, or to approach or abuse minors. Violations lead to immediate account removal and, where required by law, a report to the competent authorities. This applies without exception.

5. What we do with a report

We investigate every child safety report with priority. If the investigation confirms the report, we remove the account and the material involved, and retain evidence for as long as needed for a report to the authorities. We report child sexual abuse material to the competent bodies, including Child Focus in Belgium and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

WinqMeは成人のみを対象としたサービスです。当社は、児童に対する性的虐待および性的搾取（英語でCSAE、child sexual abuse and exploitation）ならびに児童性的虐待コンテンツ（CSAM）に対して、一切容認しないゼロトレランス方針を採っています。このページでは、Google Playの児童保護ポリシーの要件に従い、当社の基準とその執行方法について説明します。

1. 18歳以上の方のみ

WinqMeは、18歳以上の方のみが利用できるマッチングアプリです。登録時に生年月日をお伺いし、18歳未満のアカウントはブロックします。この確認はサーバー側で強制されており、アプリから回避することはできません。生年月日が他のユーザーに表示されることはなく、当社はそこから年齢を算出するのみです。さらに、実際のプロフィール写真はすべて、他のユーザーに表示される前に当社のモデレーションチームが審査します。

WinqMeを通じて児童性的虐待コンテンツを共有、要求または頒布すること、および未成年者に接触したり虐待したりすることは、固く禁じられています。違反した場合は直ちにアカウントを削除し、法律で義務付けられている場合は管轄当局に通報します。これに例外はありません。

WinqMe está destinada exclusivamente a adultos. Mantenemos una política de tolerancia cero frente al abuso y la explotación sexual de menores (CSAE, por sus siglas en inglés: child sexual abuse and exploitation) y frente al material de abuso sexual infantil (CSAM). Esta página describe nuestras normas y cómo las aplicamos, tal como exige la política de seguridad infantil de Google Play.

1. Solo para mayores de 18 años

WinqMe es una app de citas accesible únicamente para personas de 18 años o más. Al registrarte pedimos la fecha de nacimiento y bloqueamos las cuentas de menores de 18 años. Ese control se aplica en el servidor y no se puede eludir desde la app. La fecha de nacimiento nunca se muestra a otros usuarios; solo derivamos la edad a partir de ella. Además, cada foto de perfil real es revisada por nuestro equipo de moderación antes de hacerse visible para los demás.

Está terminantemente prohibido compartir, solicitar o difundir material de abuso sexual infantil a través de WinqMe, así como abordar a menores o abusar de ellos. Las infracciones conllevan la eliminación inmediata de la cuenta y, cuando la ley lo exige, una denuncia ante las autoridades competentes. Esto se aplica sin excepción.

5. Qué hacemos con una denuncia

Investigamos con prioridad cada denuncia relacionada con la seguridad infantil. Si la investigación confirma la denuncia, eliminamos la cuenta y el material implicado, y conservamos las pruebas durante el tiempo necesario para presentar una denuncia ante las autoridades. Denunciamos el material de abuso sexual infantil a los organismos competentes, incluidos Child Focus en Bélgica y, cuando corresponde, el National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
